At Borough Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
