The Mauviel M'150 Roasting Pan is made from a combination of triple-ply aluminium, stainless steel and copper, which allows for even and responsive heating throughout the pan. The riveted handles are upright, which lets them take up less room in the oven and prevents them from getting scorching hot. High-quality, scratch-resistant steel that’s brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows easy pouring.
