Designed in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Thomas Keller, the dishes are engineered to be durable enough for rigorous use in professional kitchens, but with a mirror-polish finish that makes them ideal oven-to-table dishes for home cooks. Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the dishes have a tri-ply construction with an ultra-conductive aluminium core that transfers heat evenly and efficiently.
